About Me
"Yoga just makes life better" - from a yoga teacher somewhere once
Yoga has been part of my life since my twenties — sometimes front and centre, sometimes in the background — but always there when I’ve needed it. It’s helped me through tough emotional times, supported physical recovery when physio felt like a chore, and continues to guide me toward the kind of life I actually want: grounded, calm, and real. It helps me keep choosing what truly supports me, rather than slipping back into old patterns or chasing fleeting highs.

I trained with the Yoga Shakti School and have been teaching since 2022. I've also completed a Yin Yoga course and have studied Restorative Yoga. After completing a 100-hour yoga therapy training in Rishikesh last year, I’m now studying with The Minded Institute on a two-year yoga therapy diploma, and I bring that learning and my experience into my teaching.

About My Classes
Yoga is for everyone
My classes are gentle and flowing, ending with restful poses and woven through with breathwork and meditation. They're open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, and you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.
Expect to build strength, balance, and mobility, but also to feel a little lighter, calmer, and more at ease in yourself.

You’re warmly welcome — just as you are.
